Qualifications

• Lead annual budgeting, forecasting, and financial planning processes.
• Prepare monthly financial reports, variance analyses, P&L statements, and executive reviews.
• Collaborate with Sales leadership to provide financial insights and strategic recommendations.
• Analyze business performance, identify financial risks and opportunities, and recommend actions to improve profitability.
• Manage forecasting cycles, revenue analysis, and pipeline reporting to improve forecast accuracy.
• Lead financial reviews, business case evaluations, and investment recommendations.
• Drive continuous process improvements by identifying efficiencies and removing roadblocks.
• Support ad hoc financial projects, audits, compliance activities, and other initiatives as needed.

Responsibilities

• Lead the annual budgeting, forecasting, and financial planning processes to support business objectives

• Collaborate with Sales leadership to provide financial insights, performance analysis, and strategic recommendations
• Analyze business performance, identify financial risks and opportunities, and recommend actions to improve profitability
• Manage forecasting cycles, revenue analysis, and pipeline reporting to improve forecast accuracy
• Lead financial reviews, business case evaluations, and investment recommendations
• Drive continuous process improvements by identifying efficiencies, removing operational roadblocks, and optimizing financial processes
• Support ad hoc financial projects, audits, compliance activities, and other initiatives as needed
