Job summary

Ibex Limited is seeking a seasoned FP&A professional to lead planning, forecasting, and financial analysis across the enterprise. You will develop models, produce executive-ready reporting, and partner with ELT and BOD on strategic decisions.

The role requires expert Excel/Power BI skills, experience with Planful and Dynamics Business Central, and the ability to manage large datasets with accuracy under tight deadlines. MBA or CFA/CPA is a plus, with 5+ years in FP&A or corporate finance.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics or a related field.
• MBA or CFA/CPA is a plus.
• 5+ years of FP&A, corporate finance, or related analytical roles.
• Advanced expertise in Planful (Host Analytics) and Spotlight reporting.

Responsibilities

• Create, track, forecast and analyze financial information to aid critical decisions.
• Support monthly, quarterly and annual reporting for Executive leadership with insights.
• Lead enterprise planning: annual operating plan and monthly forecast cycle.
• Model strategic initiatives and advise on delivering long- and short-term objectives.
• Prepare presentations for ELT, BOD, and key partners as decision support.
