Job summary

ibex Philippines seeks a seasoned FP&A professional to provide in-depth financial analysis and strategic recommendations to company leadership. You will build and maintain robust models, forecast performance, and support critical, time-sensitive decisions across the enterprise.

The role includes monthly, quarterly and annual reporting for the Executive Leadership Team, plus enterprise-wide planning, ROI analysis, and preparation of presentations for ELT and the Board.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or related field; MBA or CFA/CPA is a plus.
• 5+ years FP&A, corporate finance, or related analytical roles.
• Advanced Planful and Spotlight reporting experience.
• Power BI experience a plus; advanced Excel skills required.

Responsibilities

• Create, track, forecast and analyze financial information to aid critical decisions.
• Support monthly, quarterly, and annual reporting for ELT with high-quality analytics.
• Execute enterprise-wide planning processes: annual operating plan, monthly forecast, actuals reports.
• Analyze strategic initiatives with financial modeling; advise management.
• Develop materials for ELT, BOD, and department partners as decision support.
• Manage CapEx reporting and model ROI and economic justifications.
• Develop cash flow and regional forecasts including addbacks tracking.
• Produce timely financial information and promote internal controls.
• Provide KPI tracking to improve enterprise financial performance.
• Adhere to organizational policies and applicable law.
