Job summary

The Corporate Institute is seeking an FP&A professional to support planning, forecasting, financial reporting and variance analysis under the FP&A Head. You will assist in planning processes and provide business insights to guide decisions.

Based in the Philippines, the role involves developing budgets, preparing monthly/quarterly reviews, and delivering actionable commentary to senior leadership.

Responsibilities

• Prepare and present monthly and quarterly performance review decks with analysis, commentary, variances, and recommendations.
• Collaborate with business and finance leaders to identify KPIs and drivers for business health and continuous improvement.
• Provide insights and alternatives to senior leadership for evaluating business proposals.
• Prepare revenue, cost, and margin forecasts and compare them with actuals; perform variance analyses.
• Develop the Annual Operating Plan (AOP) with business and leadership teams, focusing on future projections and synergies.
• Conduct top client reporting, including revenue movements, variance analysis, and segment reporting.
• Track sales and leadership performance and calculate achievement against annual compensation policy.
• Generate reports in Oracle during month-end closing and perform expense analyses to fix issues.
• Perform cost analysis of General & Administrative and support functions.
• Drive automation of tasks/reports with tech teams to reduce cycle time and defects.
• Conduct ad hoc analyses and simulations as requested by business and senior leadership teams.
