Job summary

TransUnion Information Solutions Inc. in the Philippines is seeking an FP&A Analyst to support annual budget, forecast, and long‑range planning, and to analyze monthly results with KPIs.

You will develop financial models, partner with business leaders, and provide insights to drive operational and strategic decisions. Strong Excel skills and IFRS/US GAAP familiarity are preferred; 2–4 years' related experience is expected.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or related field.
• 2-4 years of FP&A/corporate finance or financial analysis experience.
• Strong analytical, financial modeling, and problem‑solving skills.
• Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel; experience with financial systems (Oracle, Hyperion) is an advantage.

Responsibilities

• Support the annual budget, forecast, and long‑range planning cycles for TransUnion Philippines in alignment with regional/global timelines.
• Prepare and analyze monthly financial results including P&L, variance analysis, and KPIs.
• Develop and maintain financial models, forecasts, and scenario analyses for business planning.
• Partner with functional leaders and budget owners to understand financial drivers and assumptions.
• Provide timely financial insights to support operational and strategic initiatives.
• Identify risks/opportunities and elevate findings to FP&A leadership.
• Support cost management, productivity, and efficiency initiatives.
• Ensure accuracy, consistency, and integrity of financial data and reporting.
