IBEX Global Solutions (Philippines) Inc. is seeking a Senior Financial Analyst who reports to the Sr Director of Corporate FP&A, providing in-depth analysis and recommendations across revenue and profitability initiatives.

The role entails monthly and quarterly reporting, annual planning, CapEx analysis, cash flow forecasting, and ELT/BOD presentations. Requires 5+ years in FP&A with Planful, Spotlight, Power BI, and BC expertise.

Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics or related field; MBA or CFA/CPA is a plus.
5+ years of experience in FP&A, corporate finance, or related roles.
Advanced expertise in Planful (Host Analytics) for building and optimizing reports.
Strong hands-on experience with Spotlight for Office Excel-based reporting.
Experience with Planful and/or Microsoft Dynamics Business Central for reports.
Experience with Power BI is a plus.

Responsibilities

Create, track, forecast and analyze financial information to support critical decisions.
Support monthly, quarterly, and annual reporting for Executive leadership with insightful analytics.
Lead annual operating plan, monthly forecast, and actuals reporting to senior management.
Develop financial models for forecasting, budgeting, scenario analysis, and strategic planning.
Prepare ELT/BOD presentations and KPI tracking to enhance performance.
Manage CapEx reporting and ROI analysis; justify addbacks and regional forecasts.
