SM Retail, Inc. Head Office is seeking a Business Partner Analyst to ensure accurate period closure and reporting of financial results, and to support plan, budget, forecast, and performance tracking.

You will generate detailed financial analysis and commentary for decision support, while ensuring compliance with internal controls, tax, and statutory requirements. Interface with Business Unit Heads and external auditors.

Formación

• Strong business and financial acumen with ability to interpret data and trends.
• Proven leadership and influencing skills to drive cross-functional decisions.
• Excellent communication and presentation skills for stakeholder engagement.
• Proficient in MS Office and analytics tools for reporting.
• Ability to manage multiple tasks and deadlines in a fast-paced retail environment.

Responsabilidades

• Plan, budget, and forecast; consolidate plans and generate reports.
• Prepare first drafts of budgeting, forecasting, and strategy packs for leadership.
• Establish and monitor balanced scorecards for business units; analyze performance.
