SM Retail Inc is seeking a finance professional to lead planning, budgeting and forecasting, ensuring accurate period closures and robust financial planning processes. You will prepare plans, budgets and forecasts and track performance, delivering clear analyses to support decision making.

The role requires strong business acumen, leadership and communication skills, with experience in retail finance and proficiency in MS Office.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Accountancy or similar
• At least 2–5 years experience in retail or related field (senior level may require more)

Responsibilities

• Capture, consolidate and check data for plans, budgets and forecasts and generate report
• Prepare first draft of presentation packs for budgeting, forecasting and strategy planning
• Establish balanced scorecard for the BU and track performance against targets
• Coordinate and track performance, including working capital management
• Provide data on comparatives and KPI reports to support decision making
• Prepare all management reports and support audits and tax compliance
