Job summary

SM Retail Inc. is seeking a Finance Analyst to oversee financial reporting, budgeting and forecasting, and performance analysis. You will support strategy planning, KPI tracking and data consolidation to drive informed business decisions.

The role requires 2–5 years in retail or related fields, a Bachelor’s in Accountancy or business, and familiarity with MS Office. CPA/CFA/CMA/CIMA are a plus but not required, with a strong bias toward accuracy and governance.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Accountancy or business-related field.
• 2–5 years of working experience in retail or related area.
• CPA, CFA, CMA or CIMA preferred but not required.

Responsibilities

• Oversee planning, budgeting and forecasting across the BU.
• Consolidate data, prepare first-draft presentations, and report variances.
• Support performance management and decision analytics.
• Ensure compliance with internal controls, tax rules and audits.
• Communicate findings and assist in governance and policy adherence.
