In this full-time role, you will lead month-end close, drive budgeting and forecasting, ensure accurate reporting, and mentor junior staff while complying with accounting standards.

The ideal candidate has 8+ years of experience, CPA certification, strong communication, and proficiency with ERP systems and data tools.

Qualifications

• 8+ years of experience in finance business partner or accounting roles.
• Strong technical accounting skills with knowledge of reporting standards.
• Excellent communication and ability to translate financial data into insights.
• Proficient with financial systems and data analysis tools.
• CPA or equivalent qualification.

Responsibilities

• Provide financial analysis, reporting, and recommendations to support business decisions.
• Collaborate with the finance team to ensure timely financial reporting.
• Identify opportunities to improve financial processes and controls.
• Lead month-end and year-end financial statement preparation.
• Manage the month-end close and reconcile accounts.
• Support annual budgeting and forecasting.
• Assist with internal and external audits.
• Provide mentorship to junior finance staff.
