Job summary

CBRE GWS IFM PHILS. CORP. is seeking a Finance Senior Analyst to apply advanced cash and accrual accounting practices. You will prepare, evaluate, and deliver complete financial reports for a complex client portfolio while upholding CBRE policies and controls.

The role sits within Financial Strategy and Operations, focusing on maintaining accounting procedures and reporting standards. The team supports timely reporting and client satisfaction.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree preferred with 2-5 years of relevant experience.
• Ability to analyze possible solutions using technical experience to apply appropriate judgment and precedents.
• In-depth knowledge of Microsoft Office products such as Word, Excel, Outlook.

Responsibilities

• Complete intermediate to advanced-level accounting transactions for client financial statements.
• Create and post journal entries and ensure expenses, receipts, owner’s distributions, funding requests and other transactions are accurately posted.
• Generate and review financial packages for accuracy and timely delivery to clients and management.
