Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree in Accountancy; CPA preferred.
• Minimum of 5 years of relevant experience in finance, controllership, accounting, or financial management.
• Strong background in budgeting, forecasting, financial analysis, reporting, and internal controls.
• Experience in cash management, treasury functions, and general ledger management.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making skills.
• Proficient in financial systems and technology applications.
• Excellent communication and presentation skills in English and Filipino.
• Demonstrated leadership experience with the ability to manage and develop teams.
• High level of integrity, attention to detail, and commitment to accuracy.

Responsibilities

• Lead annual budgeting, forecasting, financial planning, and financial modeling activities.
• Analyze business performance, prepare management reports, and provide actionable financial recommendations.
• Ensure compliance with company policies, government regulations, and accounting standards (GAAP).
• Manage cash flow, banking relationships, investments, and financial risk exposure.
• Oversee the accuracy and integrity of the general ledger and financial records.
• Conduct operational audits and evaluate internal controls to strengthen business processes.
• Identify and implement process improvements to enhance efficiency and operational effectiveness.
• Lead, coach, and develop the finance team to achieve departmental objectives.
