Finance Business Partner serves as a key contributor to the organization's financial success by providing relevant insights and supporting strategic decision-making. This role involves close collaboration with business units to align financial goals with organizational objectives, alongside responsibilities in financial analysis, budgeting, and performance monitoring. Through their expertise, Finance Business Partner bridges the gap between finance and business strategy, fostering growth and operational excellence.

Responsibilities

• Develop, maintain, and analyze financial models to support business decision-making.
• Prepare financial reports, forecast and conduct variance analysis to identify gaps.
• Collaborate with business unit leaders to align financial goals with overall organizational strategy.
• Provide data-driven recommendations to improve financial performance and operational efficiency.
• Support in reviewing commercial performance and identification of success drivers.
• Providing finance and business support to retail management, business development, warehouse and other operational staff.
• Support decision making with data and insight.
• Responsible for providing accurate and timely finance information.
• Production of the monthly business performance packs as maybe assigned.
• Manage the performance of staff that maybe assigned to him / her.
• Contributing to ad hoc financial projects as required as part of the overall finance function.
• Such other tasks as maybe assigned or required.

Qualifications

• Bachelors degree in Accountancy or a related field.
• At least 3 years of experience in financial planning, analysis, or a similar role. Prior experience in a finance business partnering role is highly preferred
• Proficiency in financial modeling and reporting tools such as Microsoft excel, PowerPoint, etc.
• Strong communication, interpersonal, and presentation skills; ability to build trust with stakeholders; and a proactive problem-solver.
• Exceptional ability to analyze large datasets and provide actionable insights.
