In this full-time role, you will lead month-end close, drive budgeting and forecasting, ensure accurate reporting, and mentor junior staff while complying with accounting standards.

The ideal candidate has 8+ years of experience, CPA certification, strong communication, and proficiency with ERP systems and data tools.

Qualifications

About the role

As the Finance Commercial Manager, you will play a vital role in supporting the overall finance operations. This is a full-time position that will see you partnering closely with the business to provide strategic financial insights and guidance.

What you'll be doing

• Serve as a trusted Finance Business Partner, providing financial analysis, reporting, and recommendations to support key business decisions

• Collaborate with the broader finance team to ensure accurate and timely financial reporting

• Identify opportunities to improve financial processes and controls

• Lead the preparation of month-end and year-end financial statements

• Manage the month-end close process and ensure all accounts are reconciled

• Support the annual budgeting and forecasting process

• Assist with internal and external audits

• Provide guidance and mentorship to junior members of the finance team

What we're looking for

• 8+ years of experience in a similar finance business partner or financial accounting and reporting role

• Strong technical accounting skills with a deep understanding of financial reporting standards and regulations

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to translate complex financial information into actionable business insights

• Proficient in the use of financial systems and data analysis tools

• A team player with a proactive and solution-oriented mindset

• Certified Public Accountant (CPA) or equivalent qualification
