Job summary

CBRE Group, Inc. is seeking a Finance Manager in Makati City, Philippines, to lead the Finance Strategy and Operations team, including budgeting, monthly forecasts, strategic planning, and management reporting.

You will supervise staff, coordinate daily activities, oversee the budgeting and forecasting processes, and produce standard and ad hoc reports for senior management while developing accounting policies and ensuring policy compliance with CBRE values.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree preferred with 3-5 years of relevant experience.
• Experience in staffing, training, development, coaching, and mentoring is preferred.
• Ability to guide the exchange of sensitive, complicated information and convey performance expectations.
• Leadership skills to motivate team and improve quality, efficiency and effectiveness.

Responsibilities

• Provide formal supervision to employees, monitor training and development, and conduct performance evaluations.
• Coordinate and manage the team\'s daily activities, set schedules, cross-train staff, and track deadlines.
