CBRE GWS IFM PHILS. CORP. is seeking a Finance Analyst who will apply basic cash and accrual accounting fundamentals to prepare, evaluate, maintain, and deliver complete and accurate financial reports for a portfolio of clients and properties.

This role sits in the Financial Strategy and Operations function, responsible for maintaining accounting policies, controls, and timely financial reporting across assigned clients and properties.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree preferred with up to 3 years of relevant experience.
• Familiar with standard accounting procedures.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office applications.

Responsibilities

• Complete accounting transactions for client financial statements.
• Create and post journal entries and ensure accurate postings.
• Generate and review financial reports from multiple data sources.
