• Talent Acquisition & Development: Lead recruitment and onboarding of tax and AR specialists.
• Create training materials, guides, and FAQs to support ongoing learning.
• Develop team capabilities through weekly 1on1 sessions and performance management.
• Identify skill gaps and provide targeted training for technical and leadership growth.
• Promote accountability and ownership while ensuring accuracy and timeliness.
