Cyberbacker Inc. seeks a Controller to oversee all accounting and financial reporting, ensuring accuracy and regulatory compliance. The role includes talent acquisition and development within the finance team, plus providing strategic financial insights to guide decision-making.

The candidate will lead reconciliation, AR/AP, payroll, and monthly/quarterly/annual closings, while maintaining QBO reports and presenting key trends to executive leadership in a timely manner.

Qualifications

• QBO experience is required.
• Accounting or business courses are required.

Responsabilités

• Talent Acquisition & Development: Lead recruitment and onboarding of tax and AR specialists, create training materials and guides.
• Financial Operations & Controls: Oversee reconciliation processes, service fee processing, AR aging and payroll transactions.
• Reporting & Strategic Analysis: Prepare closing reports, maintain QBO reports, present financials to executives.
• Cash Flow Management: Manage daily cash flow, forecasting, and controls over assets.
