Job summary

Servi-Tek Facility Solutions seeks a meticulous Bookkeeper/General Accountant to support daily accounting operations. You will work with QuickBooks Online Advanced, perform reconciliations, and analyze data in Excel to drive improvements.

You will join a collaborative team and own defined accounting tasks with growing responsibility. The role emphasizes accuracy, confidentiality, and proactive problem-solving in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field.
• CPA license highly preferred.
• Experience with QBO Advanced and AI tools a plus.
• Solid knowledge of accounting principles and financial statements.
• Ability to work with a remote or distributed team.

Responsibilities

• Bookkeeping and general accounting activities.
• Record and review AP/AR, expenses, deposits.
• Perform bank and credit card reconciliations.
• Assist with month-end and year-end closings.
• Prepare schedules, reconciliations, and working papers.
• Maintain organized accounting documentation.
• Create Excel reports and data-driven analyses.
• Support process improvements and documentation.
• Work collaboratively with the accounting team and other departments as needed.
• Handle additional accounting-related responsibilities as business needs arise.
