Job summary

Michael Page is recruiting for an Operations Group Finance Head in Taguig. The role leads store operations finance, partners with Product, Marketing, HR, Finance and Strategy, and drives strategic initiatives.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Finance, Economics, Industrial Engineering, Management or related field.
• Extensive leadership experience in operations, strategy, finance or commercial management.
• Proven experience leading large, multi-functional teams in retail, healthcare, pharmacy, FMCG or related industries.
• Strong financial planning, forecasting and business analysis capabilities.
• Demonstrated success developing and implementing strategic and operational initiatives.
• Excellent stakeholder management and executive communication skills.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving and decision-making abilities.

Responsibilities

• Identify opportunities to enhance operational efficiency, customer service and profitability.
• Monitor performance indicators and implement corrective actions as needed.
• Lead, coach and mentor managers and team leaders within store operations.
• Collaborate with Product, Marketing, HR, Finance and Strategy teams for operational alignment.
• Drive company-wide strategy, innovation and growth initiatives.
• Drive store and channel sales analytics, BI and performance reporting for commercial decisions.
• Directed annual budgeting, forecasting and long-term financial outlook (P&L, CFS, BS, 5-year models).
• Identify opportunities for process improvement and cost optimization.
