Job summary

Our Clients in Metro Manila is seeking an experienced Finance Senior Manager to lead financial planning, governance, and cash flow management across multi-site operations.

You will partner with the Finance Director, CEO, and senior management to deliver insights that drive profitability, price strategy, and efficiency, while guiding a capable finance team.

This on-site role requires ten-plus years in finance, preferably in retail or consumer goods, and a CPA or equivalent qualification.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, or related field.
• CPA or equivalent qualification preferred.
• 10–12 years of progressive finance experience with leadership.

Responsibilities

Finance Senior Manager

Job Summary

We are seeking an experienced Finance Senior Manager to lead key areas of financial planning, commercial finance, business performance, financial governance, and cash flow management. The role will work closely with the Finance Director, CEO, and senior management to provide financial insights that support profitability, business growth, and operational efficiency.

The ideal candidate has strong experience in retail, fashion, consumer products, FMCG, or other fast-paced, multi-site environments, with a solid background in financial strategy, performance management, and finance transformation.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead the development and execution of financial plans, budgets, forecasts, and financial strategies.
• Monitor company and business-unit performance through financial analysis, KPIs, and profitability reviews.
• Provide commercial and financial insights to support pricing, cost optimization, investments, expansion, and other strategic decisions.
• Oversee cash flow forecasting, working capital management, and treasury-related activities.
• Strengthen financial controls, governance, policies, and reporting processes.
• Partner with Operations, Commercial, Procurement, and other departments to improve business and financial performance.
• Support financial negotiations with landlords, suppliers, brand principals, and other key stakeholders.
• Identify opportunities to improve margins, reduce costs, optimize working capital, and enhance profitability.
• Lead finance process improvement and transformation initiatives, including automation and system enhancements.
• Ensure timely and accurate management reporting and financial analysis.
• Support the Finance Director in executive-level presentations, strategic planning, and business reviews.
• Lead, coach, and develop the finance team while ensuring strong accountability and performance.
• Ensure compliance with accounting policies, statutory requirements, and internal financial controls.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Business Administration, or a related field.
• CPA or equivalent professional qualification is highly preferred.
• At least 10–12 years of progressive finance experience, including significant managerial or leadership experience.
• Experience in retail, fashion, consumer products, FMCG, or other multi-site and fast-paced industries is highly preferred.
