Job summary

MedGrocer in Makati is seeking a Finance Lead to oversee the Finance team, ensure timely, accurate financial operations, and deliver data-driven insights to support growth across the business.

You will drive process improvements, guide strategic decisions, ensure tax compliance with BIR regulations, mentor staff, and collaborate across functions while working onsite.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field.
• 1–2 years of experience in a finance-related role.
• CPA licensure is preferred, but not required.
• Must work onsite in Makati.

The Finance Lead directly oversees the daily operations of the Finance team, identifies areas of improvement for finance processes, and provides recommendations. They conduct data-driven analyses and provide insights to business units, which enable cost-efficient and strategic decision-making.
