Job summary

Our Clients is seeking a seasoned Head of Supply Chain and Operations in Taguig City to lead end-to-end supply chain, inventory, warehousing, and logistics. The role drives process improvements, supplier partnerships, and cross-functional alignment to support growth.

The ideal candidate has extensive leadership experience in e-commerce/FMCG, strong financial management, and a track record of scaling operations. Hybrid work setup and Monday-to-Friday schedule are offered.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a related field required.
• 10–15 years of relevant experience in supply chain, operations, logistics, or related functions.
• At least 5 years in a senior leadership or management role.
• Experience end-to-end in planning, inventory, warehousing, fulfillment and logistics.
• Budget management and cost optimization experience.
• Demonstrated ability to lead managers and multi-layered teams.
• Vendor management and third-party logistics partnerships experience.
• Background in e-commerce, FMCG, or related fast-paced industries is highly preferred.
• Familiarity with WMS/OMS and supply chain technologies is a plus.
• Strong analytical, planning, problem-solving and decision-making skills.
• Excellent leadership and stakeholder management capabilities.

Responsibilities

• Develop and implement supply chain and operations strategies aligned with business objectives and growth plans.
• Oversee demand and supply planning, forecasting, inventory management, and replenishment for product availability.
• Manage warehousing, order fulfillment, distribution, and logistics operations to meet service levels.
• Monitor budgets and operating costs to improve productivity and cost efficiency.
• Negotiate and monitor contracts with third-party logistics providers and suppliers.
• Identify opportunities for process improvements, automation, and technology integration.
• Lead strategic projects involving expansion, new product/market launches, and systems integration.
• Establish policies, procedures, metrics, and controls for consistency and accountability.
• Lead, mentor, and develop supply chain and operations managers and teams.
• Collaborate with Commercial, Brand, Finance, and IT to achieve objectives.
• Assess risks and implement solutions to strengthen resilience and scalability.
• Drive continuous improvement to enhance service quality and customer satisfaction.

Job Summary

We are looking for an experienced Head of Supply Chain and Operations to lead and optimize end-to-end supply chain and operational activities. The role will oversee supply chain planning, inventory management, warehousing, order fulfillment, logistics, vendor partnerships, and process improvement initiatives to ensure operational efficiency, cost-effectiveness, and business scalability.

The ideal candidate has a strong background in supply chain and operations leadership, financial management, team development, and strategic planning, preferably within e-commerce, social commerce, FMCG, or related industries.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and implement supply chain and operations strategies aligned with business objectives and growth plans.
• Oversee demand and supply planning, forecasting, inventory management, and replenishment to ensure product availability and efficient inventory utilization.
• Manage warehousing, order fulfillment, distribution, and logistics operations to meet service-level targets and operational standards.
• Monitor budgets, operating costs, and key performance indicators to improve productivity, cost efficiency, and overall business performance.
• Manage relationships with third-party logistics providers, suppliers, and vendors, including negotiations, contracts, and performance monitoring.
• Identify opportunities for process improvement, automation, and technology integration to enhance supply chain visibility and operational efficiency.
• Lead strategic projects involving business expansion, new product or market launches, systems integration, and operational transformation.
• Establish operational policies, procedures, performance metrics, and controls to ensure consistency and accountability.
• Lead, mentor, and develop supply chain and operations managers and their respective teams.
• Collaborate with senior leadership and cross-functional teams, including Commercial, Brand, Finance, and IT, to achieve business objectives.
• Assess operational risks and implement solutions to strengthen supply chain resilience and scalability.
• Drive continuous improvement initiatives to enhance service quality, customer satisfaction, and operational performance.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain Management, Logistics, Operations Management, Industrial Engineering, Business Administration, or a related field.
• 10–15 years of relevant experience in supply chain, operations, logistics, or related functions.
• At least 5 years of experience in a senior leadership or management role.
• Proven experience in end-to-end supply chain operations, including planning, inventory management, warehousing, fulfillment, and logistics.
• Experience in budget management, cost optimization, and financial performance monitoring.
• Demonstrated ability to lead managers, team leaders, and multi-layered teams.
• Strong experience in vendor management, contract negotiation, and third-party logistics partnerships.
• Background in e-commerce, social commerce, FMCG, or a related fast-paced industry is highly preferred.
• Familiarity with Warehouse Management Systems (WMS), Order Management Systems (OMS), and supply chain technologies is an advantage.
• Strong analytical, strategic planning, problem-solving, and decision-making skills.
• Excellent leadership, communication, negotiation, and stakeholder management capabilities.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities and drive results in a dynamic, growth-oriented environment.
