Job summary

Athena Executive Partners is seeking an Athlete XP to become a strategic collaborator supporting founders, investors, creators, and leaders. You will join a team including the client, an executive coach, and the wider Athena network in an integrated setup.

No two days are the same—you may organize investor meetings, design productivity systems, and contribute to client initiatives while continuously learning and growing within Athena's supported framework.

Qualifications

• Strong English communication (written and spoken).
• Relentlessly proactive and exceptionally organized.
• Ability to thrive in high‑performance environments with shifting priorities.
• Clear, confident, discreet communication across stakeholders.
• Willingness to work full‑time (40 hours/week) and align with U.S. time zones.

Responsibilities

• Optimize your client's time and priorities through strategic thinking and proactive execution
• Manage high‑stakes scheduling, communications, and complex logistics
• Drive research and strategic initiatives forward
• Build trust with your client's extended network and stakeholders
• Create executive‑ready presentations and content
• Anticipate needs and solve problems before being asked
• Collaborate with your client's executive coach to ensure aligned priorities and seamless execution
