Athena is seeking a Partnership Manager to bridge Athena Clients with their Executive Assistants, building strong partnerships and ensuring client goals are met. You will understand client strategies, align EA resources, and manage escalations with a focus on mutual success.

Ideal candidates have 2+ years in people management, experience with international stakeholders, and a track record of coaching and developing teams.

Qualifications

• 2+ years leading teams and developing talent.
• 2+ years working with international stakeholders (ideally American clients).
• Proven ability to manage escalations and resolve conflicts effectively.
• Experience managing client relationships and coaching teams.

Responsibilities

• Build and maintain exceptional partnerships with Athena clients and their EAs.
• Understand client needs and align EA capabilities to goals.
• Lead a team of 15-20 EAs with coaching and development.
• Set goals, monitor performance, and drive improvement across partnerships.
