Job summary

Dempsey Resource Management is seeking an experienced Enterprise Sales Lead to drive B2B/ICT opportunities across enterprise and government sectors in Valenzuela, Metro Manila. You will apply Challenger insight selling to position solutions competitively and own strategic account plans to expand and retain major deals.

Qualifications

• 4–6+ years B2B/ICT sales with enterprise and/or government track record.
• Proven large-deal/complex wins; consistent quota over-achievement.
• Strong executive presence and stakeholder management.

Responsibilities

• Lead enterprise, key-account and government (PhilGEPS, RA 9184) opportunities.
• Apply Challenger insight selling (IXS-TRN-018); position competitively (IXS-SAL-016).
• Own account & key-account plans (IXS-SAL-026); drive expansion and retention.
• Mentor AEs and SDRs; uphold the IXS standard.
• Maintain disciplined forecasting on the largest deals.
