Our Clients in Makati City is seeking an Engagement Manager to oversee client engagements from initiation through successful delivery, ensuring objectives align with client expectations and delivering high value and quality.

You will lead engagement planning, coordinate cross-functional teams, manage scope, timelines and budgets, and foster strong relationships with US-based clients while driving delivery excellence and business growth.

Qualifications

• 8+ years of experience in consulting, client services or engagement management.
• Proven experience managing enterprise technology or digital transformation initiatives.
• Strong leadership and communication skills with international clients.
• Ability to handle multiple priorities in a fast-paced consulting environment.

Responsibilities

• Serve as the primary point of contact for assigned client engagements.
• Lead engagement planning, execution, and overall delivery.
• Develop and maintain relationships with key client stakeholders.
• Collaborate with technical and functional teams to ensure project success.
• Manage project scope, timelines, budgets, and resources.
• Identify and mitigate risks and resolve client concerns.
• Support account growth by identifying opportunities for additional services.
• Prepare and present project updates to executives.
