Qualifications

• Experience managing client relationships in consultancy, agency, or professional services.
• Strong written and verbal communication in English.
• Ability to manage multiple client engagements and priorities.

Responsibilities

• Act as the trusted advisor and primary relationship owner for assigned clients, providing proactive support and exceptional client experience.
• Build strong client partnerships by understanding objectives and workforce needs, translating them into effective solutions.
• Lead client meetings, business reviews, and stakeholder discussions to showcase value and identify opportunities for improvement.
• Collaborate with internal teams to ensure seamless service delivery and successful outcomes across engagements.
• Proactively manage client needs, concerns, and escalations with timely resolutions.
