Job summary

Outsourced.ph is seeking a high-performing Client Success Officer to own and grow key client relationships, acting as strategic advisor and coordinating with internal teams to deliver value. The role requires executive engagement, solutions-oriented thinking, and strong communication in a fast-paced environment.

You will manage staffing requests, drive client reviews, and partner with Sales to identify expansion opportunities while maintaining a hybrid work arrangement in Manila.

Qualifications

• 3+ years in client success, customer service, or account management.
• Proven track record managing client relationships and driving growth.
• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Management, or related field.

Responsibilities

• Serve as day-to-day contact for key clients, building strong relationships.
• Lead executive-level discussions and provide value-driven recommendations.
• Collaborate with Sales to identify expansion opportunities.
• Coordinate staffing and job orders with recruiting and HR teams.
• Track KPIs and drive performance reviews with clients and internal teams.
