TikTok Pte. Ltd. is seeking an experienced Employee Relations Business Partner to support Southeast Asia and APAC from an on-site Singapore location.

The role emphasizes managing organization redesign, workforce realignment, and performance management while partnering with HR leaders to deliver effective ER outcomes. The ideal candidate will have proven experience advising on performance-related cases and ensuring fair employment practices in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• Min 5 years of Employee Relations experience with organization redesign and performance management.
• Strong knowledge of APAC employment laws and regulatory frameworks.
• Experience managing high-volume ER cases and providing risk-based advice.

Responsibilities

• Manage ER cases including disciplinary issues, misconduct, performance concerns, grievances, redundancies, and complex absences.
• Conduct independent investigations and analyze evidence to reach conclusions.
• Advise businesses on disciplinary actions, policy interpretation, and employment practices.
• Maintain detailed ER case documentation, including investigation reports.
• Deliver training to improve HRBP and leader effectiveness in ER decisions.
• Partner with business leaders and HR to sustain positive ER practices.
• Collaborate with employment legal and investigations to balance risk.
• Identify trends, diagnose root causes, and develop corrective actions.
• Ensure coordinated and consistent ER case management.
