Job summary

TP ICAP in Singapore is seeking an HR Advisor to provide practical, responsive HR guidance to managers and employees across the Singapore business. Working as part of the APAC HR Advisory team, you will support the employee lifecycle and help managers navigate policies, performance matters, organisational changes and day-to-day employee relations issues.

Qualifications

• Essential HR advisory or generalist experience in Singapore.
• Sound knowledge of Singapore employment legislation and ability to recognise risk.
• Ability to interpret policies while considering facts, business context and risk.
• Strong written communication and documentation skills.
• High attention to detail and ability to manage multiple priorities.
• Confidence working with managers and employees across all levels.
• Comfort working across a regional matrix and coordinating with stakeholders in different locations.
• Ability to handle confidential matters with discretion and professionalism.

Responsibilities

• Act as a trusted first point of contact for employees on HR policies, employment terms and workplace practices.
• Provide timely guidance to managers on performance management, probation, conduct and leave.
• Coordinate lifecycle activities with HR Operations (onboarding, contracts, transfers, promotions, exits).
• Support organisational change initiatives and employee consultation processes.
• Partner with Talent Acquisition to support local recruitment and onboarding.
• Work with Rewards and Payroll to resolve queries and implement changes.
• Identify recurring themes and recommend improvements to guidance and processes.
• Support engagement, wellbeing, learning and talent initiatives in Singapore and APAC.
• Use HR data and insights to identify risks and inform partners and governance.
