Job summary

Fuku, an e-commerce company expanding its Philippines team, seeks an experienced HR Supervisor to lead recruitment, compensation, workforce planning, and organizational development for TikTok/Shopee operations in the Philippines.

You will oversee HR functions, design policies compliant with local regulations, and support Manila office growth while collaborating with management to shape workforce strategy.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in HR or related field.
• 5–8 years of comprehensive HR experience including recruitment, compensation, and HR operations.
• Experience recruiting for TikTok, Shopee, or similar platform roles in e-commerce.

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute recruitment strategies for roles like Live Streaming Manager, KOL Manager, and TikTok Manager.
• Oversee HR functions including performance management, compensation, benefits, and employee relations.
• Design and implement HR policies and processes in line with local regulations and company culture.
• Support establishment and expansion of the Manila office with team building and workforce planning.
• Collaborate with management to drive workforce planning and organizational development.
