Qualifications

Bachelor's degree required.
Minimum 5 years as HR Business Partner.
Strong knowledge of global HR practices, labor law, and mobility policies.

Responsibilities

Partner with internal stakeholders to understand business objectives and provide HR solutions.
Contribute to workforce strategy including organizational design and succession planning.
Drive recruitment, onboarding, and retention strategies.
Identify skill gaps and design training for technical, commercial, and leadership capabilities.
Support career pathing and succession planning for critical roles.
