Job summary

MegaTexts Phils, Inc. seeks an experienced enterprise sales professional to own and exceed revenue targets for Blackboard Learn and portfolio within Philippine higher education.

You will manage multi-stakeholder deals from discovery through contract signature and conduct regular campus visits nationwide. The role requires building executive relationships with university leadership, IT decision-makers, and CHED-aligned procurement teams, translating institutional challenges into compelling

Qualifications

• 5+ years in B2B solution sales, pre-sales or business development for enterprise software or IT systems.
• Degree in IT, computer science, engineering or equivalent hands-on enterprise platforms experience.
• Proven success closing large multi-stakeholder deals with long sales cycles.

Responsibilities

• Own and exceed an annual revenue target for Blackboard Learn and related portfolio in Philippine higher education.
• Lead complex enterprise sales cycles from discovery to contract signature.
• Conduct regular on-campus visits nationwide to build executive relationships.
• Translate institutional challenges into Blackboard solution narratives and business cases.
• Collaborate with regional solution engineers for credible demonstrations and responses to RFPs.
• Maintain a disciplined forecasted CRM pipeline per qualification cadence.
