Responsibilities

• Identify priorities and develop an action plan for the assigned territory.
• Develop an action plan for each client and account.
• Define the strategic plan in collaboration with clients.
• Achieve the targets for the assigned quota.
• Identify and address specific needs of our clients.
• Meet CRM data entry targets.
• Contribute to the development and rollout of a new value proposition in the territory.
• Be familiar with Cengage’s product line, applications, and value propositions.
