Job summary

Arla, L.L.C. is seeking a Distributor Sales Executive for South Luzon to drive sales, distribution and efficient operations within the regional distributor network.

You will manage in-market execution, stock rotation and partner with the distributor team to meet targets in Modern Trade channels. The role requires at least 5 years of distributor management experience in South Luzon, strong financial acumen, and proven leadership.

Qualifications

• Minimum 5 years' distributor management experience in Modern Trade in South Luzon.
• Strong financial acumen and analytical skills.
• Ability to lead and develop distributor sales teams.

Responsibilities

• Drive sales and distribution performance by achieving sell‑in/sell‑out targets, expanding channel coverage, and ensuring in-market presence.
• Manage distributor business performance through regular P&L reviews and trade spend optimization.
• Improve inventory and supply chain by maintaining stock levels and forecasting demand.
• Lead and develop a high‑performing distributor sales team with coaching and route‑to‑market optimization.
• Strengthen partnerships with joint business plans and ensure on-shelf availability and compliant trade standards.
