Job summary

Home Credit Philippines is seeking a Head of Digital Platforms & Delivery to turn digital strategy into reliable, scalable execution across customer-facing channels. You will lead end-to-end delivery from ideation to release, with responsibility for platforms, APIs, and production readiness.

The role requires over 10 years of digital delivery leadership, strong collaboration with IT Sales & Collections journeys, and a track record of improving reliability and speed to market.

Qualifications

• Extensive experience leading digital platform or tech delivery.
• Proven track record delivering end-to-end digital programs (mobile, web, APIs).
• Strong release management and production readiness capabilities.
• Led cross-functional teams including product, engineering, QA, and DevOps.
• Excellent stakeholder management across business and IT leadership.
• Solid understanding of modern engineering practices (CI/CD, observability).

Responsibilities

• Co-own delivery strategy with CDO and senior stakeholders.
• Own portfolio intake, prioritization, and governance for customer-facing channels.
• Lead end-to-end delivery from ideation to release and stabilization.
• Develop and manage Platforms & Delivery organization and ways of working.
• Establish release calendars, go/no-go criteria, and rollback plans.
• Ensure BAU stability, performance optimization, and reduced technical debt.
