Job summary

Home Credit Philippines is seeking a Digital Product Owner to bridge business needs and IT delivery. You will shape the product roadmap, convert epics into user stories, and validate customer journeys with designers and stakeholders.

You will run Scrum events, maintain the backlog, and drive data-driven decisions to optimize mobile and web experiences. A minimum of five years in Product Owner and strong collaboration skills are required.

Qualifications

• At least 5 years experience in Product Owner role.
• Experience with delivery methodologies such as Agile and SCRUM.
• Experience with owning customer-facing digital product s
• Ideally experience with Web & Mobile Application based product
• Ideally experience with Web SEO optimizations
• Ability to shape and define the product’s vision, strategy, purpose and functions
• Strong experience with translating requirements into user stories/ EPICs
• Ability to manage product development cycle
• Able to help stakeholders with defining their business case
• Ability to prioritize based on both business and customer impact
• Ability to manage product backlog
• Experience with driving product optimization through data & feedback

Responsibilities

• Creates and maintains product roadmap, understands the goal, and suggest solutions
• Organizes regular alignment and prioritization with stream leaders and important departments SPOCs
• Creates and manages product documentation of mobile app features and keeps it updated and accessible for entire company
• Uses proper tools and workflow to run regular scrum event as Sprint Retrospective, Sprint reviews and Daily Standups
• Maintains product backlog with properly described user stories/ EPICs
• Educate stakeholders about scrum practices and proper workflows
• Communicate well with stakeholders and scrum team
• Leads and motivates the team for best performance
• Prefers data-driven decisions over opinion-driven ones
• Actively looks for product optimization and improvements based on gathered data (user feedback, analytics, competitor benchmark, etc.)
