Qualifications
- Significant experience across software engineering and digital technologies (10+ years).
- Experience leading technical teams to deliver using agile, hybrid or waterfall approaches.
- Strong communication with business, product, technology and non-technical stakeholders.
- Proven leadership across enterprise digital platforms such as web apps, APIs, CMS and commerce.
Responsibilities
- Translate business outcomes into technical solutions that align with best practices.
- Deliver large-scale digital implementations across client industries and teams.
- Mentor developers and full-stack technologists.
- Support Project Managers with project plans, scope variations and technical risks.
- Contribute to AI-enabled engineering practices and workflows.
- Support business development with solution options and estimates.
