Home Credit Philippines is seeking an IT Service Delivery Manager to oversee end-to-end IT services for Operations, including development, service requests, incidents, and production support. You will manage demand, priorities, roadmaps, and vendor relationships to meet business goals.

The role requires extensive leadership, governance, and capability development to ensure service stability and continuous improvement across a hybrid work setup.

Qualifications

• 10+ years in IT service delivery or equivalent.
• Experience managing IT services for operations and development.
• Strong governance, risk, and compliance understanding.

Responsibilities

• Own delivery and operational support of IT services for Operations.
• Drive demand intake, backlog prioritization, and roadmap alignment.
• Ensure delivery within budget, timelines, and quality standards.
