Job summary

Avaya seeks a National Account Manager to join the APAC Team in Thailand. You will drive CCaaS/CX/UCaaS sales through channel partners, bridging legacy infrastructure with AI-driven, modern CX solutions.

You will lead executive-level discussions on TCO/ROI, develop migration strategies, and evangelize Avaya Infinity and Agentic AI while expanding into new markets across AI, Cloud, and orchestration.

Qualifications

• 5+ years in CCaaS/CX/UCaaS sales, with channel partner experience.
• Excellent communication, presentation, and whiteboarding skills.
• Proven ability to drive executive-level discussions on TCO, ROI, and migrations.

Responsibilities

• Own sales narrative to drive results with customers and partners.
• Protect core voice business while expanding into AI, Cloud, and Orchestration markets.
• Lead high-level business discovery and design strategies for large CCaaS migrations.
• Deliver product demos/PoCs with engineering showing integrations with core banking apps.
