Job summary

Leadout Capital in the Philippines seeks a Senior Customer Success Manager to ensure high-value Signature Plan customers achieve strong ROI from our platform. The CSM acts as an extension of the customer's workforce and trusted advisor, guiding both business and technical priorities.

You will own delivery, renewals, and expansions, align stakeholders, and drive strategic success plans while leveraging AI tools for health monitoring and proactive issue resolution.

Qualifications

• 5+ years in Customer Success, SaaS, or related field.
• Strong consulting skills and ability to influence C-level conversations.
• Sales Cloud knowledge is a must (technical implementation & delivery).
• Salesforce Admin certification within 90 days (if not already certified).

Responsibilities

• Be the single point of accountability for delivery, experience, renewal and expansion.
• Coordinate all deliverables and oversee the customer lifecycle.
• Apply processes to address customer needs and ensure value delivery.
• Align with Business and Technical Stakeholders to deliver value.
• Prioritize urgent work, organize tasks, and create basic plans.
• Leverage internal resources; seek guidance from managers.
• Develop and maintain executive-level relationships within customer IT and business leadership.
• Act as trusted advisor by understanding customer business model and applying solutions.
• Increase customer engagement with products and services; identify barriers.
• Collaborate with Sales, Engineering, and Product Management to coordinate relationships for success.
