Job summary

Salesforce is seeking a Customer Success Manager to ensure high-value customers achieve ROI with the Signature Success Plan. The role functions as an extension of the customer’s workforce and a trusted advisor, addressing technical and business concerns aligned with priorities.

The CSM will build executive relationships, coordinate all Signature deliverables, and drive renewals and expansions while collaborating with Sales, Engineering, and Product teams.

Qualifications

• 3+ years relevant industry experience in Customer Success or SaaS.
• Experience with Salesforce products is a must.
• Understanding Sales Cloud features and sales processes.
• Desire to obtain Salesforce Administrator certification within 90 days.

Responsibilities

• Act as trusted advisor aligning with customer priorities and problems.
• Deliver Signature deliverables, ensure renewal and expansion.
• Coordinate all deliverables across the Signature lifecycle.
• Forge relationships with Sales, Engineering, and Product teams.
• Monitor health, conduct quarterly reviews, and provide release recommendations.
