Job summary

Salesforce is seeking a Senior Customer Success Manager to ensure high-value customers using the Signature Success Plan achieve strong ROI from our platform. The role acts as an extension of the customer’s workforce, providing guidance and aligning business and technical goals with customer priorities.

Key responsibilities include owning all Signature deliverables, coordinating lifecycle activities, and maintaining executive relationships.

Qualifications

• 5+ years in Customer Success, SaaS platform use, or related fields.
• Strong consulting skills and ability to influence C-level conversations.
• Prior experience with Salesforce products is a must (technical implementation & delivery preferred)

Responsibilities

• Be the single point of accountability for delivery of all Signature deliverables, customer experience, renewal and expansion.
• Coordinate all deliverables the customer is entitled to across the Signature lifecycle.
• Align business and technical stakeholders around customer priorities and success plans.
• Develop and maintain executive-level relationships within customer IT and business leadership.
• Act as a trusted advisor to understand customer business model and apply proven solutions.
