Responsibilities

• Serve as the single point of customer accountability for Signature deliverables and renewal.
• Coordinate all deliverables and oversee the Signature lifecycle.
• Build executive relationships and align business value with technical goals.
• Lead quarterly reviews and provide tailored release recommendations.
