Job summary

Globe Telecom is seeking a Customer Relationship Manager to build and maintain strong client relationships across North and Central Luzon, including Cagayan, Isabela, Nueva Vizcaya, Quirino, Nueva Ecija, Tarlac, Bulacan and Aurora. You will focus on satisfaction, retention and loyalty while coordinating with sales to drive revenue.

The role requires 5+ years in a technical or B2B environment, excellent communication, and the ability to manage contracts and deliver client-focused solutions.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of sales experience in technical, enterprise or B2B environments.
• Proven account management or related experience.
• Experience delivering client-focused solutions based on customer needs.
• Industry background in Telco, ICT, IT, FMCG, Retail, Manufacturing, Non-Food, Logistics.

Responsibilities

• Develop and nurture relationships with clients to understand their needs and preferences.
• Retain clients by addressing concerns, resolving issues, and providing high-level service.
• Serve as main point of contact for clients; provide regular updates on products, services and trends.
• Identify opportunities for upselling and cross-selling with the sales team to generate new revenue.
• Handle and resolve client complaints or issues promptly; escalate when needed.
• Monitor client metrics and use data to propose strategies to improve satisfaction and loyalty.
• Collaborate with legal/finance to manage contracts and SLAs; ensure compliance and renewal.
• Gather client feedback via surveys/interviews to identify improvements and drive quality.
