Qualifications

• 5+ years of sales in technical, enterprise, or B2B environments.
• Proven account management or related experience.
• Experience delivering client-focused solutions based on customer needs.
• Exceptional communication skills and proven effectiveness in delivering presentations.
• Able to articulate well and keep up with the changing language of products and telecommunications industry.
• Keen attention to detail and adherence to deadlines.
• Bachelor’s Degree in Any Field.

Responsibilities

• Build and nurture relationships with clients to ensure satisfaction, retention, and loyalty.
• Serve as the main point of contact for clients and provide timely responses to inquiries.
• Identify opportunities to upsell and cross-sell with the sales team.
• Address client concerns and resolve issues to maintain trust and loyalty.
• Monitor client metrics and provide data-driven insights.
• Collaborate with legal and finance teams to ensure contracts and SLAs are in place and compliant.
• Collect client feedback to drive continuous service improvements.
