Job summary

Globe Telecom seeks a Customer Relationship Manager to build and sustain strong client relationships across North Cebu and East Visayas. You will ensure satisfaction, retention, and loyalty while collaborating with sales to identify upsell opportunities and deliver customer-focused solutions.

You will manage client communications, monitor metrics, and coordinate with legal/finance on contracts and SLAs, contributing to growth and service excellence in a dynamic telecommunications environment.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of sales in Technical, Enterprise, or B2B environment.
• Proven account management or other relevant experience.
• Experience in delivering client-focused solutions based on customer needs.

Responsibilities

• Relationship management: Develop and nurture relationships with clients to ensure satisfaction and loyalty.
• Client retention: Address concerns, resolve issues, and maintain high service levels.
• Account management: Serve as main contact for clients with timely updates on products and trends.
• Upselling and cross-selling: Identify opportunities and collaborate with sales to generate revenue.
