Job summary

Globe Telecom in the Philippines seeks a Customer Relationship Manager to build and maintain strong client relationships, drive satisfaction, retention, and loyalty across accounts in South Cebu and Bohol.

You will manage client communications, identify upsell opportunities with sales, monitor metrics, and ensure contracts and SLAs are in place. The role demands experienced relationship sales in tech or B2B sectors and a flexible mindset to work across regions.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of sales in technical, enterprise, or B2B environments.
• Proven account management or related experience.
• Experience delivering client-focused solutions based on customer needs.
• Industry background: Telco, ICT, IT, FMCG, Retail, Manufacturing, Non-Food, Logistics.
• Excellent communication skills and proven effectiveness in delivering presentations.
• Able to articulate well and keep up with the changing language of products and telecommunications industry.
• Keen attention to detail and adherence to deadlines.
• Bachelor’s degree in Any Field.
• Candidate must be flexible to work and be assigned in South Cebu & Bohol.

Responsibilities

• Develop and nurture relationships with clients by understanding their needs and preferences, and engage to build trust and satisfaction.
• Focus on retaining existing clients by addressing concerns, resolving issues, and providing high-level service.
• Serve as main point of contact for clients and provide regular updates on products, services, and trends.
• Identify upsell and cross-sell opportunities with the sales team to generate revenue.
• Handle and resolve client complaints or issues promptly and escalate when needed.
• Monitor and analyze client metrics to identify trends and improve relationships.
• Collaborate with legal and finance to ensure contracts and SLAs are in place and renewed.
• Gather client feedback to drive process improvements and service enhancements.
• Suggest and implement process improvements to boost client satisfaction and loyalty.
