The Corporate Institute in the Philippines seeks an accomplished CFO to lead the finance function. You will steer financial strategy, FP&A, budgeting and forecasting, and partner with Partners and senior leadership.

The ideal candidate has senior finance leadership experience in professional services, CPA or MBA in Finance, and a track record of improving profitability, cash flow, tax compliance, controls and MIS.

Qualifications

• CA preferred or MBA Finance.
• Experience with senior finance leadership exposure.
• Strong knowledge of FP&A, taxation, financial reporting, billing, collections and profitability.
• Professional services experience preferred.
• Strong leadership, analytical, commercial and communication skills.
• High level of integrity, confidentiality and professional maturity.

Responsabilités

• Lead financial strategy, FP&A, budgeting and forecasting.
• Drive profitability, cash flow, working capital and cost optimisation.
• Oversee billing, collections, WIP and revenue management.
• Manage treasury, banking, taxation and statutory compliance.
• Strengthen financial controls, governance and MIS reporting.
• Provide strategic financial insights to Partners and senior leadership.
• Lead and develop the Finance & Accounts team.
